Where is my order?

To make sure that your fur family has the treats and food they want as fast as possible, these items ship fast arriving within 2-5 days for FREE! These items will state in the product description that they usually ship in 24hrs or less. Weekends and Holidays may be exceptions.

What is your return policy?

Returns are simple. Within 30 days of receiving your product, contact us at Returns@KoasHouse.com or use the chat feature in the bottom right corner and we will work out a return or exchange. That simple, no questions asked. Full details can be found here Return Policy


Do you have a storefront?

At this time, we do not have a store front. Follow us on Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. The storefront is in the works. Update: Storefront should be open by the end of May!

Why are dogs and cats so wonderful?

We really don't know. We just work and hope to be worthy of their love.

Why did you name your pet store after a campground?

Koa is actually a Hawaiian word meaning brave or warrior. It is also a type of beautiful wood from a Hawaiian tree. It was the name of our beloved chocolate lab that was adopted from a rescue in Houston, TX. He lived to be 15 years old and never really slowed down. We had many, many fosters come through our home and they all seemed to love Koa, would crawl on him for warmth and comfort. No matter where we lived or how many fosters we had, it was always Koa's House. So we hope to honor his love of other doggies and help pets with Koa's House Pet Supplies. 

How do subscription orders work?

Thanks for asking. Subscription orders are a great way to make sure you never run out of your pets favorite food, treats or cat litter. Simply select how often you would like to receive the product. Every 1 to 4 weeks. We will then charge your account and send your product based on your schedule. No need to remember to order when you are getting low on a product. The best part is that you are able to cancel at anytime. Simply log into your account. Please note: If a product is on sale when you subscribe, the price will go back to regular price minus discounts when the item is no longer on sale.

I did not receive my discount off my initial subscription order?

We are terrible sorry this may have happened. It this was during a site wide sale, then unfortunately we do not offer an additional 20% off initial subscription orders. If this was not during a site wide sale, then please contact us at info@koashouse.com. Provide your name, email and order number.
