Why did you name your pet store after a campground?

Koa (pronounced [ koh-uh ]) is a Hawaiian word meaning brave or warrior. It is also a type of beautiful wood from a Hawaiian tree. It was the name of our beloved chocolate lab that adopted from a rescue in Houston, TX. He lived to be 15 years old and never really slowed down. We had many, many fosters come through our home, and they all seemed to love Koa, [ koh-uh ] would crawl on him for warmth, he would groom them to comfort them, and they would stay near him when afraid. No matter where we lived or how many fosters we had, it was always Koa's House. So we hope to honor his love of other doggies and help pets with Koa's House Pet Supplies. 

What happens if my package gets lost

All items purchased from koashouse.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract, meaning that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Can I get a refund on dented cans?

Unfortunately, due to on-going scams we are no longer able to refund cans that are dented. They my be returned at your expense for an exchange.

Are you open during the COVID-19?

Absolutely. Our website is up and running along with our warehouse that is shipping daily. Our storefront is open for business located at 32156 Castle Court #111 Evergreen, CO 80439. We are shipping all shipments $49+ FREE. Products that are located in store are being delivered locally and delivery fees are being waived. Do you offer Local Home Delivery in Evergreen, CO?

Yes. We deliver in the Evergreen, CO area. There is a $79 minimum order and a $8.95 delivery fee. As you know we have a lot of products online that are not available in-store. Do you sell frozen raw food?

We do sell Frozen raw food. Unfortunately it is not available to be shipped. Raw is available for local delivery, curbside pickup & in store pickup only.

How do subscription orders work?

Thanks for asking. Subscription orders are a great way to make sure you never run out of your pet's favorite food, treats, or cat litter. Simply select how often you would like to receive the product. Every 1 to 12 weeks. We will then charge your account and send your product based on your schedule. Do you ship to Alaska or Hawaii?

We do, although the shipping is not free and is calculated at checkout. Someday we hope to be able to ship to these locations free.
